  • You will not download, reproduce or upload elsewhere ANY of the images on this site.

  • You confirm that either you are the cardholder or you have the permission of the cardholder to use their credit/debit card to pay to join the site.
  • You are paying for *access* to the site only and the contents therein. You are NOT paying for Carole's time and you are NOT entitled to any specific number of pictures or messages or replies. While Carole will do her best to reply to all messages and requests she is sent promptly, she is NOT obligated to do so and a reply should not always be expected.
  • Messages sent to Carole must be polite and courteous. Abusive messages will be deleted, and the users account will be removed forever. Carole reserves the right to remove any account for any reason.
  • You will not download, reproduce or upload elsewhere ANY of the images on this site unless it is specifically stated you may do so (e.g Desktop Calendar and Christmas Pictures etc). You pay to view the pictures, not to download them. Apologies for being so strict about this rule, but Carole often has her pictures stolen and required some legal protection. Polite requests to Carole for individual [downloadable] pictures may be answered :)
  • Because of the nature of the site and the fact a subscription provides access to digital content, for our protection there are NO refunds. It is up to the user to determine his computer's compatibility with the site by browsing the free pages. Technical support is available to those who have issues but the responsibility lies with the user.

Any abuse of these terms and conditions may result in the permanent deletion of your account.

Abuse of copyright may result in prosecution.
